L’Essex Senior Cup è una competizione calcistica a eliminazione diretta fondata nel 1884. E’ la più prestigiosa competizione della contea dell’Essex. Il trofeo è pensato principalmente per i club di non-league della regione, anche se, nella storia, hanno partecipato squadre professionistiche come Colchester United, Dagenham & Redbridge, Leyton Orient e Southend United. L’Ilford detiene il maggior numero di vittorie, con 13 volte (la prima vittoria arrivò nel 1888 e la loro più recente nel 1954).
